10 March 1913 Croxley Green Station was destroyed by a fire started by suffragettes
19th March 1918. Over a period of three days, the entire contents of Rickmansworth Park Mansion was sold at auction . The house was demolished and in 1934 the RMS School for girls opened on the site.
